Where we deliver
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery is free on every order.
How long it takes
Every Frame My Life keepsake is made to order. Your photograph is laser-engraved into
solid stainless steel and finished by hand, and that care takes a little time. Please allow 5 to 8 working days from the day you place your order (or, where we have asked you about your photo, from the day any question is resolved) for your keepsake to be made and dispatched.
When your order is dispatched we will email you confirmation with tracking details. Gift
cards are digital and are delivered by email, normally within minutes of purchase.
If your order has not arrived
If your keepsake has not arrived within 10 working days of your order, contact us at hello@framemylife.co.uk and we will chase it with the carrier straight away. If an order is lost in transit we will make and send a replacement at no cost to you.
Damaged in transit
Every keepsake leaves us checked and carefully packaged. If yours arrives damaged,
email hello@framemylife.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and the packaging, and we will arrange a free replacement. You will not need to return the damaged piece unless we ask
