Our products
We make personalised keepsakes by laser-engraving customer photographs into solid
2mm stainless steel, finished by hand and made to order. Product dimensions are nominal and small variations may occur. Engravings are produced in monochrome; the finished appearance depends on the photograph supplied.
Your photograph
• You confirm that you own the photograph you upload, or have the permission of the
person who does, and that nothing in it infringes anyone else’s rights.
• You confirm that any people shown in the photograph (or their parent or guardian, for
children) are content for it to be engraved.
• We may decline any order, and refund it in full, if a photograph appears unlawful,
infringing or inappropriate. Automated and human checks are used for this purpose.
• We may contact you before engraving if we think your photograph will not engrave
well, or if the crop risks losing important detail. Our 5 to 8 working day timeline runs
from when any such question is resolved
Orders and prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling. An order is accepted when we email confirmation.
We may cancel and refund any order at our discretion before production begins, for
example where a photograph does not pass our checks. Delivery is free within the United Kingdom.
Cancellation
Personalised keepsakes are exempt from the 14 day distance-selling cancellation right
once production has begun, as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Gift cards may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase if unused.
Gift cards
Gift cards are delivered by email, never expire, can be spent across more than one order, and are treated like cash: they are non-refundable after 14 days or once partly spent, and we cannot replace the value of a gift card code that you share and that is then used by someone else. Please keep the code safe.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, including for
death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, though we will always tell you promptly and complete your order as soon as we can.
The photographs we keep
Uploaded photographs are used only to make your keepsake, as described in our Privacy Policy.
General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on our website at the time you order applies to your order
