Questions people often ask
Can I use an old or slightly damaged photo?
Often, yes. The quality of the engraving depends on the photo, and our preview studio shows you how your image will look before you commit. If you are unsure, send it over and we will give you an honest view.
Is the engraving in colour?
No. Every keepsake is engraved in a single, timeless monochrome tone on the steel. We feel this suits remembrance especially well.
How long does it take?
Each piece is made to order and dispatched within 5 to 8 working days. We will keep you updated along the way.
Can I use a photograph taken by a professional photographer?
You will need their permission first, as the copyright usually stays with them. Our photo usage and licensing page explains this in plain terms.
